Accept an abstract
This guide explains the process for accepting abstracts in the system. It covers each step to help you complete the task accurately.
1. Log in to your account to view all abstracts assigned to you. Select the abstract you wish to take action on by clicking its title.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Accept' button.
3. Select a presentation type to accept the abstract or choose to reject it. The available types are set by you. If none are set, only the 'Accept' and 'Do not accept' options will be shown.
4. Click "Save accept". Note that approving an abstract does not automatically send an email to the submitter.
5. Once accepted, you can view the status of your assigned abstracts — whether accepted as oral or poster presentations, rejected, or pending action.
6. Repeat the steps to accept each abstract individually.
