View emails sent through the system

This guide explains how to access the email log to view all emails sent through the system, including how to view messages sent to a specific submitter.



1. To view the email log of all messages sent through the system, navigate to "Notify".

2. On the right side of the page, you’ll find a window displaying sent emails, including the subject and the date sent. Click the "See status" link to view the email and its status.

3. To view the email log for a specific submitter, navigate to "Manage".

4. You can either click on the submitter’s name on the abstract page or use another method described below.

5. The other method is to navigate to the "Submitters" page.

6. Click on the submitter whose email log you want to view.

7. Both methods will display the submitter's email log under "Communicated" at the bottom of the page.
