Generate abstract numbers

This guide provides simple steps to generate, customize, and manage abstract numbers in your admin account, helping you organize submissions efficiently.


1. Once logged into your admin account, navigate to "Abstract Book".

2. Go to the "Abstract numbers" window located on the right side of the page.

3. Select your preferred ordering method. Ordering by scheduling is only applicable if the program has been set up in our system.

4. You can also choose whether to use prefixes. The available options are shown below. If you select "No prefixes" the numbering will simply be 1, 2, 3, and so on.

5. When you're done selecting, click the "Generate abstract numbers" button.

6. You can view the generated abstract numbers in both the "Review" and "Overview" sections.

7. In the Overview section, you can find the abstract numbers shown in the image below. You can also sort them by clicking on "Abs. Nbr.".

8. Refer to the image below to find where the abstract numbers are displayed in the "Review" section.

9. You can manually set or change an already generated abstract number by clicking its title and then the "Action..." button.

10. Click "Set abstract number"

11. Enter the new or revised abstract number.

12. Click "Save"

13. You can find the updated abstract number in the image below.
