Adding a submitter to submit on behalf of an author

This guide explains how to add a new submitter to the system using your admin account—for example, if you need to submit an abstract on behalf of an author.

After adding the submitter, please refer to this article for step-by-step instructions on completing the abstract submission.


1. Navigate to "Manage"

2. Click on "Submitters"

3. Once you're on the Submitters page, click the "New Submitter" button.

4. Fill in the necessary details for the submitter you’re adding to the system.

5. After entering all the details, click "Create" to add the submitter.

6. You have successfully added the submitter.
