Create a Ticket Campaign
This guide provides a straightforward method for creating ticket campaigns with discount codes, essential for optimizing event registration. It breaks down the process into clear steps, making it easy for users to implement effective marketing strategies like Early Bird or Late Fee promotions. By following this guide, event organizers can enhance ticket sales and improve attendee engagement. Accessing and managing campaigns becomes seamless, allowing for greater flexibility and control over promotions.
1. Navigate to "Registration" → "Tracks" → "Settings"
2. If you have several registration tracks, select one.
3. Use the shortcut by clicking "Add ticket campaigns". You can also access these settings through the left-side menu. Please view step 15 for more information.
4. Click "New campaign"
5. Enter a name for your ticket campaign, for example, "Early Bird" or "Late Fee"
6. Click the "Starts at" field to select when the campaign should become active.
7. Click the "Ends at" field to select when the campaign should end.
8. Click "Create campaign"
9. You can access the discount code settings at any time via the left-side menu by navigating to "Settings" → "Registration" → "Ticket Campaigns"
